You want to train for a stronger body but also improve your endurance? Come by and try out our circuit training. During this training we make use of power – and endurance training. The training is easy to start wit hand suitable for everyone from the age of 16. The Colosseu, works with three forms of circuit training:

  1. Power
  2. Fat burning
  3. Endurance
