You want to do a complete work out in 60 minutes? Improve your kickboxing technique and improve your physical condition? This is the ideal training for you! During the 60 minutes training you train all kickboxing techniques on the punching bag. During the training you can listen to up tempo music and there is no physcial contact with other people. In rounds of 3 minutes you improve your physical condition and technique which are teached by our experienced trainers. The training is suitable for everbody, beginners and professional athletes.
