Everybody can learn kickboxing, The purpose of our training is to teach you the basic principles of kickboxing in a safe environment.
Do you want to start kickboxing? Do you already have experience with kickboxing or do you want to improve your physical condition. The training is accessible for everyone from the age of 16 and are suitable for beginners and more advanced people. During the training you learn the basic techniques and how to improve your physical condition.
