How do you become a top athlete? We believe in a combination of intensive physical, tactical and technical training and nutritional advice. Our experienced professional trainers prepare you for the fights and provide you with personal advice about nutrition and training.
Men or women from the age of 16 that want to compete at a professional or amateur level. Our experienced professional trainers prepare you for the fights and provide you with personal advice about nutrition and training. At the same time they are your mental coach and sparring partner to a fight. Also outside the training sessions you as an athlete get extra physical training and nutritional advice.
In this training group you will find the top class A-Level athletes. We are proud of it.
Kickboxing for amateurs
Do you want to start kickboxing? Do you already have experience with kickboxing or do you want to improve your physical condition. The training is accessible for everyone from the age of 16 and are suitable for beginners and more advanced people.
Kickboxing for amateurs
Everybody can learn kickboxing, The purpose of our training is to teach you the basic principles of kickboxing in a safe environment.
Do you want to start kickboxing? Do you already have experience with kickboxing or do you want to improve your physical condition. The training is accessible for everyone from the age of 16 and are suitable for beginners and more advanced people. During the training you learn the basic techniques and how to improve your physical condition.
During a MMA training you are forced to get the most out of yourself. MMA is one of the fastest growing combat sports in the world. During a MMA training the stand up - and ground fight are combined. The Colosseum offers MMA training for beginners and professionals.
For beginners we offer a basic training. For professional MMA fighters we offer a special MMA training where we prepare our athletes for fights ona professional level.
During a 4xB-training we vary cardio- and power training and work on the four muscles of: legs, bottoms, belly and breast. During a training you don’t only work on a tighter body but you also burn calories. During the training you can listen to up tempo mucic and is suitable for beginners and advanced athletes of every age.
Punching bag training
You want to do a complete work out in 60 minutes? Improve your kickboxing technique and improve your physical condition? This is the ideal training for you! During the 60 minutes training you train all kickboxing techniques on the punching bag. During the training you can listen to up tempo music and there is no physcial contact with other people. In rounds of 3 minutes you improve your physical condition and technique which are teached by our experienced trainers. The training is suitable for everbody, beginners and professional athletes.
You want to train for a stronger body but also improve your endurance? Come by and try out our circuit training. During this training we make use of power – and endurance training. The training is easy to start wit hand suitable for everyone from the age of 16. The Colosseu, works with three forms of circuit training:

The Colosseum also offers personal training. During the intake we discuss your personal targets and develop a personal training plan so you will reach your goals. We make use of power – and circuit training and pads training. We can also do a blood test so we can analyse which food supplements are missing in your food pattern.
